Finally I got it.
Starting from the ip address I found out his name, street address and whatever.
If anyone knows how to denounde him please contact me and I will provide this informations in order to stop his spamming activity. _________________

Well - it all depends what country does this person live in. You can only denounce him if such activities are considered law violations in that land. In most european countries there are separate police departments for computer related crimes/offences, so if the guy is from Italy (the messages were written in italian, right?) then you have to ask at your local police station and they should inform you exacly how to deal with the situation. |

Russia? Crap... well, forget about any legal action against the guy then. No russian authority will take care of him as there is practicaly no such thing as computer related crime in russian legislation... Heck - even software piracy is not pursued by law there, so this case is totally hopeless. The best thing you can do is to block his IP (and have hope hes not using DHCP) and make those warnings on forum and webside as much visible as possible, preferably in several different languages. |
