Is it normal for every single monster on 16 to drop a magical item?

If so... why hasn't anyone complained of it yet? And more importantly... why didn't the Alpha and Beta Testers make a fuss over it?

Consider this my first concern of many... I hate to say this, as it looks like you've put a lot of work into this but this game lacks the balance that made Diablo a classic.

Hm.. I also consider that as exaggerated. To an average player, level 16 is the only important level at all, and you cannot really speak of rarity of items. I guess the Hellfire mod Icestorm had the same: in level 4 of the Nest every monster would drop a magical item - I never experienced that myself though, because the game always crashes when entering the Nest. GhGh

Also you will find at least a million of gold in hell, so that you will always have enough and can buy whatever you want. That's not an ideal state, but I'm convinced that Labiri didn't do that mistakenly. Fiskio

Time is less and players are the same as the same is the desire to be strong. Many of us start to play diablo were students and had got less life troubles than now. I think the find level is made to create quickly medium level characters.

Again, I don't like this droprate either. There are way too much crapdrops, for which noone cares at all, so it should be lowered IMHO.
