Zen is a part of original game mechanics, so I see no reason it shouldnt be working in Rebirth as well. I have not testet it though.

what is exactly "Zen Harmony"?

Fastest hit rec when hp are lower than your level?

There is a certain feature in original game (or maybe its a bug - I dont know if this was intended by Blizzard programmers) involving hit recovery speed. If a character has equipped items with balance, stability, and harmony suffixes all at once, his hit recovery time is slightly faster (0.05 second)) than 'fastest hit recovery' time granted by harmony suffix alone. This feature was called 'zen harmony' in classic diablo community.
